ECG Changes in Melanoma Patients Undergoing Cancer Therapy—Data From the ECoR Registry

Results from a retrospective analysis of 41 patients with advanced melanoma and their ECGs before and during immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) treatment showed that QTd was prolonged in patients receiving ICI combination therapy, suggesting increased susceptibility to ventricular arrhythmias.
